Min. Kai Brown

Minster Kai Brown was born in New York City and currently is a resident of Norcross, Georgia. She received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1996. She was called into ministry in 2000 and God lead her to seminary, where she received both a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Transformation Leadership.
Kai is also in the process of ordination as a prophet of God. Prayer is her focus, and she knows that God has called her to pray and share what He has given her with His people.
Kai’s most impressive accomplishment and blessing is being the proud mother of an amazing, young man of God, Kristopher. She believes that the destination of her journey is guaranteed as a child of God. She also believes that the journey is to be taken as God gives it, because that is God’s process of preparation for what He wills in our lives.

Dr. J. Vanessa
Weatherspoon
Director
After a successful 12-year career as an Industrial Engineer in Corporate America, Dr Vanessa Weatherspoon accepted her call into ministry. Dr Vanessa then enrolled at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma in January 1990. She was ordained on January 15, 1995. She is founder and director of VanNet Works (Vanessa Networks), a networking, instructional self-improvement organization which “introduces the Body to the Body” by joining believers synergistically in the realms of business, academia and evangelism.
Dr Vanessa was also nominated to “Who’s Who Among American Colleges and Universities” as a undergraduate and graduate student. She completed her Doctorate of Religious Philosophy from Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary (2005). Dr Vanessa has been featured as an expert on radio and television in the area of prophecy, spiritual growth Christian Education, prayer, relationships, time management and conflict resolution. Dr Vanessa had a 30 minute radio and internet broadcast program entitled, “Speaking The Truth In Love.”
Dr Vanessa then founded and served as the Senior Pastor of Gathering Of The Eagles Worship Center in Dallas,TX. She also travels internationally ministering the practical and prophetic Word of God with Gathering Of The Eagles Ministries, along with teaching weekly classes in her Gathering Of The Eagles Bible Institute.
Presently, Dr Vanessa serves as one of the Associate Ministers at Mount Corinth Baptist Church, where Dr Clarence Talley, Sr is the Senior Pastor in Hempstead, Texas. She also still travels internationally ministering the practical and prophetic Word of God with Gathering Of The Eagles Ministries, along with teaching the Wednesday Bible Study at Mount Corinth Baptist Church. Dr Vanessa also is the co-founder of ‘The Master’s Call’, an inspirational and motivational call each weekday morning. She oversees and ministers each month on ‘The Master’s Call’ [TMC].
Dr Vanessa strives to help equip the saints in becoming the most effective witness for our Lord Jesus Christ. Her unique approach in expounding God’s Word will stir you, for she is an anointed mouthpiece used of the Lord to proclaim the Gospel for the Kingdom of God.
Stacey Williams Duprey
Director
Stacey Williams Duprey was born and raised in New York City. She is the Senior Associate Director of Admission and Director of Residential Life for Girls at St. Andrew’s School in Middletown, Delaware. Stacey is also an entrepreneur in the Health and Wellness industry and is passionate about helping others to life their best lives.
Family means everything to Stacey and she is grateful to God for her amazing husband and for blessing her with four beautiful children. Her family’s foundational Scripture is Philippians 4:13. “I can so all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
In 2007 when her first born, Cristin, succumbed to a severe brain injury she suffered in a car accident, that foundation was shaken to the core. But it was the grace, the love, and the faithfulness of God and His Word that held them steady and brought them through. Stacey is determined to live a life of service to others and she is determined to walk fully in the purposes for which God created her.
Julia Hodges
Treasurer
Director
Julia Hodges is a structural engineer in the state of Georgia. She graduated with Highest Honor with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She currently volunteers for several local chairitable organizations in the metro Atlanta area. She servers as the Treasurer of her family reunion since 2003 and is dedicated to making the lives of others better.
Darryl Grant McClain
Director
Raised in a family that knew and aided neighbors by a mother who brought home sick and troubled college students for over 40 years and a father who gave 40 years to his church home, Darryl wholeheartedly accepted the honor of service for Speak Life Christian Ministries.
His desire to help bring the entrepreneurial ideas of members of his community to fruition led him to form Quantum to Virtual Multimedia. Through social media, website design, grant writing assistance and business plan writing, he empowers entrepreneurs with low-cost resources and solutions to make their ideas possible.
Growing up listening to stories of the Civil Rights Movement, he has worked with Freedom Riders across the nation to tell their stories to the next generation. Instrumental in the recent honoring of the "Tennessee State A&I 14" Freedom Riders that had been expelled from school for participating in the movement, he conducted interviews, collated biographies and lobbied the state legislature which eventuated in their receiving honorary Ph.Ds.
A voracious reader, Darryl reads on average 3 hours a day on subjects as diverse as politics to spirituality. Married to his college sweetheart, Dr. Janea McClain, they presently reside in Baltimore.
